The U.S. National Science Foundation is pleased to offer this year’s Grants Conference both in-person and virtually. Virtual attendees will have access to all the same session content as in-person attendees. The event platform Stova will facilitate the hybrid event.
Before the Conference
Shortly before the conference, registrants will gain access to Stova. You may use the Stova app on your desktop or your phone, but we recommend virtual attendees use the desktop app for optimal experience. Attendees will access the event by logging in with the email used for registration. Logging in beforehand is recommended to familiarize yourself with the platform, review presentations, and explore speaker and attendee profiles.
During the Conference
Virtual attendees must login to Stova to participate in the conference. All sessions will be streamed to the app. Within the app, attendees will have opportunities to:
- Watch all live conference sessions
- Ask presenters questions
- Take live polls and provide session feedback
- Chat with other attendees
